About

Madison Tarter builds the useful middle layer between people, process, data, and software.

FastLabs is the consulting home for that work: practical internal tools, automations, dashboards, data products, and small software systems that make operations easier to run.

Product roots Kroger Technology & Digital, Disney Streaming, Wayfair, Ken's Foods, Retail Solutions Inc.

I am a product manager specializing in data-intensive software and analytics products, with a track record of turning complex operations into intuitive, user-centered systems. Before FastLabs, that meant produce quality decision support, streaming data platforms, fleet technology, master data systems, BI rollouts, and large-scale retail reporting.

FastLabs brings that same product discipline into smaller, faster consulting work: Retool apps, support automation, dashboards, practical AI workflows, and useful software that teams can actually own.
